The property comprises 160 apartments, all nicely appointed with a bedroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen with oven and refrigerator, bathroom, toilet, direct telephone, TV, safe (charge) and furnished balcony. On site amenities feature two restaurants, Don Cesare and Les Platanes; bar, conference rooms, tennis courts, pharmacy and medical center, underground garage and fitness club.
A 160 € indemnity deposit is required upon arrival; it will be refunded after settlement of additional charges, final inventory and possible damage to the apartment at the time of departure. Cleaning services are not included in the price. However, cleaning on departure is compulsory and the charge is approximately 52 €. Bed linen and towels can be rented on site (you can take your own).
